Nothing in the way
The dialer does what you tell it. There is no queue, no review, and nobody at Esek between you and the list.
- Any list. Your CRM export, a list you bought, numbers you collected. Whatever you bring, it dials.
- Any volume. A hundred numbers or ten thousand. It keeps going until the list is done.
- Any hour. Run it when you want, in your time zone. Start it, pause it, start again.
- Your words. The agent says what you wrote and handles objections in the same voice. Change the pitch between campaigns, or mid-list.
- Your number. Calls go out from your own verified caller ID, so a callback reaches you.
- Every call kept. Recording, transcript and outcome, on the lead, for as long as you keep the lead.
Two things it does whatever you write
- It says who is calling. When it calls someone who did not ask to hear from you, it opens with your business name and says it is an AI, before it gets to the reason for the call. Asked outright on any call, it says so.
- It takes no for an answer. Someone who asks it to stop is not argued with. One apology, the call ends there, and what they said is kept on the lead.
You choose the list, and the calls go out in your name and from your own caller ID. Esek is the dialer. One thing is not yours to set: a number that has asked an Esek agent to stop is skipped after that, on every list and for every business.
