Your right to deletion

You have the right to request that esek.io permanently delete all personal data associated with your account and any conversations you have had through the platform. We will process all deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to privacy@esek.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your account and/or the WhatsApp phone number used to interact with the service.
  3. We will verify your identity and send a confirmation email within 5 business days.
  4. All data will be permanently removed within 30 days of confirmation. You will receive a final confirmation when deletion is complete.
Note: Deleting your data is irreversible. Backups are purged within the same 30-day window. We may retain minimal records (e.g. the fact that a deletion was requested) as required by law.

Automated deletion via WhatsApp

If you connected to a business through WhatsApp, you can also trigger a data deletion by sending the message "DELETE MY DATA" to the WhatsApp Business number you originally messaged. Our system will initiate a deletion request and confirm via WhatsApp.
