Account deletion is handled directly inside the esek.io app by the account owner. There is no separate web form — everything you need is in your account settings.
How to delete your account
- Open the esek.io app and sign in.
- Tap the workspace name at the top of the screen, then open Settings.
- Go to Your account and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete my account… and follow the on-screen confirmation.
Your account is soft-deleted immediately and permanently removed within 30 days. Workspace conversations and business data are not removed until the workspace owner separately deletes the workspace.
What gets deleted
- Your staff profile (name, email, phone, OAuth tokens)
- Your workspace memberships (you lose access to all workspaces)
- Push notification device registrations
- Personal preferences and notification settings
Customer-facing WhatsApp threads and workspace operational data remain until the workspace owner deletes the workspace.
Can't access the app?
If you no longer have access to the app, email privacy@esek.io with the subject Data Deletion Request and the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
Note: Deletion is irreversible. We may retain minimal records required by law (for example that a deletion was requested or accounting obligations).
