Outbound calls, by consent

They asked you to call them back. We make the call.

An AI voice agent that phones the leads who asked to hear from you, finds out what they actually need, and books a time with a person on your team.

It dials only a lead with recorded consent. It does not cold-call.

One call, start to finish

What actually happens

Four steps, and the first one is the reason the phone is allowed to ring at all.

Consent lands on the lead

Someone asks for a call back, or opts in to a voice call. Your team records the basis, the moment, the source, and the evidence. Without all four, nothing dials.

The agent calls

A normal phone call from your caller ID. It gives its name, says it is an AI representative, states the consent-backed reason for calling, and asks whether now is a good time.

It listens and qualifies

A few questions about the current workflow, the friction, and who decides. Every fact it saves carries the exact words the person used.

It books a human

When the interest is real it offers times that are genuinely free in your calendar, books the one they accept, and writes the outcome, the summary, and the transcript back onto the lead.

The safety shell

Rules the agent cannot talk its way out of

One safety layer wraps every call, above the sales strategy. A playbook can narrow it. Nothing can override it.

  • It says it is an AI representative before it says anything else, and it never implies a prior relationship or broader consent than the one on file.
  • A refusal is final. Stop, do not call, remove me: it apologizes once, records the exact words, ends the call, and that contact goes on the do-not-call list.
  • No pressure, no deception, no false scarcity, no fear, no rebuttal after rebuttal, and no claim that is not in the business facts you gave it.
  • It never promises an action that did not happen. A call counts as booked only when the calendar handed back a booking. A follow-up needs an exact date, time and time zone the person said out loud.
  • Five minutes, then it closes out and records the most truthful outcome the conversation supports. Politeness is not counted as interest.
Before the phone rings

Four gates, checked every time

These are refusals, not warnings. A call that fails any of them is never placed.

Consent on file, and still fresh

The basis is one of two things: they requested a call back, or they explicitly opted in to a voice call. Consent also ages, and a record older than your configured window blocks the call until someone asks again.

The opt-out list wins

A contact who has opted out is blocked at the door, whatever else the lead record says. A refusal on one call is what puts them there.

Local hours and a daily cap

Calls run inside a calling window in your business's own time zone, under a daily limit you set, and one live call at a time. A workspace with no real time zone set cannot call at all.

A refusal on record stops the next call

If a previous call ended in not interested or wrong person, only an admin can dial that lead again, with a written reason that is stored on the call and in the audit log.

Where the line is

What it will not do

Worth reading before you decide, because none of this is a setting.

  • It does not cold-call. A bought list cannot be dialled here, because a list carries no record of anyone asking. No consent record, no call.
  • It does not close. It qualifies and books. Negotiation, commercial terms and the deal itself belong to the person whose calendar it just filled.
  • It does not improvise your pitch. The strategy is written by hand and versioned, and the exact version used is stored on every call it made, so you can always see what it was told to say.
Under the hood

What is doing the talking

A real phone call

Placed over Twilio from your own caller ID, to an ordinary phone number.

OpenAI Realtime

The part that listens, decides what to ask, and calls the tools.

A Gemini voice

Speaks the agent's words. You pick the voice for your workspace.

Your calendar

It reads free times from it and writes the booking straight back into it.

Every playbook here is written by hand.

There is no self-serve switch for this yet. We write the strategy with you, agree how your leads record their consent, and turn it on for your workspace.
