Esek

Usage cost guide

What will Esek usage cost for my business?

Your bill combines your subscription and usage beyond its monthly allowances. Business type does not change the unit price; the number of conversations and the length of calls change the total.

These are illustrative planning scenarios, not measured customer averages or guaranteed bills. We do not yet have a representative paid-customer average for each business type. Replace the assumptions with your own expected activity.

Monthly examples by business type

Each row shows a full monthly cycle, monthly billing and no purchased voice minutes. Calls mean connected calls. Select an example to adjust it below.

What counts as usage?

Text: one customer in one fixed 24-hour window counts as one AI customer conversation, regardless of message count. A later window is another conversation. Reminders or customer retention follow-ups can lead to new windows; count those separately.

Voice: count actual connected seconds, not rounded-up whole minutes. Incoming and outgoing allowances are separate. Unanswered, busy, failed and detected voicemail outgoing calls have no usage charge.

How the estimate is calculated

For each plan: monthly subscription + max(0, text conversations − included conversations) × text rate + max(0, incoming calls × average minutes − included incoming minutes) × incoming rate + max(0, outgoing connected calls × average minutes − included outgoing minutes) × outgoing rate.

Allowances renew monthly, including on annual subscriptions. Annual billing is paid upfront; these examples use the monthly subscription price. Purchased voice minutes are used after the monthly allowance and before cash overage, in separate incoming and outgoing pools. This estimate assumes no packs or special account entitlements.

What is outside this estimate?

Meta message delivery charges, advertising spend, marketing platform fees, extra staff seats and other separately billed services. The estimate is a budget for usage, not a promise of bookings, sales or cost per acquired customer. Check the plan’s features as well as its price; Sales & Marketing includes the sales campaign capabilities.
