Who sends these texts
Small businesses that use Esek, a business AI secretary, send text messages to their own customers through Esek. Esek operates the sending number. The program name is Esek business notifications.
What we send
- Links you ask for during a call or chat with the business's AI secretary, for example a booking link, a price list, the business address or a payment link.
- Booking confirmations, reminders and changes for appointments you made.
- Replies to your own messages.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in
You opt in when you ask the business, on a call or in chat, to text you something, or when you give your mobile number to book an appointment. The AI secretary confirms your number before sending. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
How often
Message frequency varies with your requests and bookings. It is typically a few messages per booking.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to stop all texts from that number. After STOP you get one confirmation message and nothing else.

Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
